Lindsay hopes to become a member of the senior national and U.S. Olympic Teams. She also wants to row at a Division I school and become a doctor. Lindsay believes her coach, Conal Groom, has been the most influential person in her rowing career because he has taught her not to worry about the little things she can't change. Her greatest rowing memory is winning the women's single sculls at the 2006 USRowing Youth National Championships. She enjoys cooking, baking and cycling. Her favorite band is Beatnik. Lindsay lists her favorite movies as "Shakespeare in Love," "Juno" and "Cool Runnings" and her favorite television shows as "CSI" and "Grey's Anatomy." Her favorite author is William Shakespeare. Lindsay's favorite sports other than rowing are Cyclocross and Ultimate Frisbee.
